Over the Wall
For nearly four decades, tens of thousands of UBC students have scaled a 12-foot wall after completing a series of on-campus races that test their endurance. The 2015 Storm the Wall event saw its highest numbers to date, with 800 teams, 3500 plus participants, and over 230 volunteers that collectively helped to make this year’s event the largest and most memorable in its history.
A new community festival was added to this year’s Storm the Wall and featured a performance by Juno-nominated children’s musical group, Bobs and Lolo. The two-week long event inspired the UBC community come together to race, cheer each other on and make it over the wall together.
